Residential Projects

The client requested for us to replace light fixtures and hardware throughout.  We also helped fix their gas grill which had been left disconnected and posed a fire hazard. 

Before - The client requested this bedroom be transformed into a more modern office space. The problem being that the bed was built into the floor and wall.

After - The end result, after repair of the floor and wall - a fresh new look, white paneling with upgraded electronics and fixtures for a modern office space. 

Before - This bathroom was in need of an overhaul, and we were happy to help.

After - The same bathroom with refurbished cabinets, new hardware, a tiled shower.

Before - The client wanted to update the entire look of the living room and add a Flat screen TV.

After - Here we custom cut some of the paneling to fit the TV and spray painted everything in Chantilly Lace. 

Before - The client wanted the popcorn removed, the ceiling restored, the walls painted and the outlets replaced. 

After - here is an after photo of a portion of the entire condo renovation in Jupiter. 

Before - This client had some material left over from a demolished ceiling and requested an accent wall be built with it.

After - Accent wall dressed up the room, valuable material was recycled, and TV installed.

Before - The client asked us to completely remodel this bathroom from top to bottom. 

After - New shower and fixtures, new flooring, and paint.

Here we are preparing a home before the on-set of a storm.  Our hurricane preparedness program also includes taking the shutters down and storing them in an organized manner. 

Here we are putting up aluminum shutters during our initial trial run where we make sure all the panels are organized, numbered, and hardware/holes are in good working condition months before the on-set of a storm. 

Here we are installing used tracts and hurricane shutters from a neighbor's house after painting and adjusting them. 

Here we are custom cutting and installing existing leftover aluminum hurricane shutters for a client from his previous home. 

Installing a temporary aluminum fence to assist during home renovation. 

This temporary fence helps keep the dogs from getting out into the street during construction.

After we demo the original fence, haul the debris to the dump, and build new ones.

After - we installed a new side of the fence, enlarged the door opening, and changed the side the door swung open due to the existing roots.

Here we are building a custom shed roof for one of our clients.

Here the client wanted a custom installed screen on her existing fence so her small dogs would not sneak out and small animals would not creep in. 

Stucco repairs and painted sconces around the perimeter of the home. 

In addition to the stucco repairs, we also stained the garage door.
